This phrase, penned by an English poet,
inspired us to choose a new way of life in the countryside of
the Tuscan hills, among olive trees and vineyards; lines of
cypress trees and untamed woodland with ancient villages
dating back to the middle ages built around a monastery,
castle or simple hamlet.
Having realised our dream, which allows us every day to savour
the colours and scents of the seasons and the relaxing beauty
